The Friday Media Group were a digital media company based near Brighton, East Sussex. Their offices were north of Brighton and they needed a cool office design and fitout. Their challenge was to give their office space a make-over that would keep their talent and improve staff motivation and productivity. In addition they also needed to increase their staff numbers. Consequently they chose to partner with Spectrum Workplace for a complete office redesign and fitout project. The project included a cosmetic makeover with new flooring, decoration, bespoke joinery items and a cool breakout space.

Friday Media Group near Brighton in Sussex were looking for a company who they could work with. Also someone who was capable of a efficiently space-planning their office to accommodate more staff. In addition the design of the office had to be cool and motivational for their staff – a design that would encourage collaboration and retain their talent. Our design team were able to work with the directors to achieve the look and feel they wanted. The fitout works were undertaken with the office fully occupied and we worked round them to minimise disruption to their day-to-day business.
One point of difference that set Spectrum Workplace apart was our collaborative approach in working with the client. The main reason that we were successful in securing the project was our ability to fit in significantly more desk spaces than other competitors.
