OFFICE DESIGN AND FIT-OUT PROJECT FOR GEN II FUND SERVICES.

Spectrum Workplace was selected by Gen II Fund Services to deliver a fully customised office design and fit-out for their new headquarters in Whiteley, Hampshire. As a global leader in Private Equity and Real Estate, Gen II needed a modern office space that could accommodate their growing team and reflect their innovative culture.

Our team collaborated closely with Gen II’s directors to design a flexible, functional workspace for individual and team-based activities. The project focused on creating an inspiring environment boosting productivity and collaboration, emphasising high-quality materials and a modern aesthetic. The final design combines practicality with style, offering a space where the Gen II team can thrive for years.

From initial planning through to final installation, Spectrum Workplace managed the entire office fit-out to ensure seamless execution. The space was transformed to include dynamic work areas, private offices, and collaboration zones, all designed with flexibility in mind to support different working styles.

Sustainability was a key consideration, with eco-friendly materials incorporated throughout. We also integrated the latest smart office technology, from energy-efficient lighting and air conditioning to advanced access control systems, ensuring the space is both functional and secure. The end result is a high-performance workspace that not only meets Gen II’s immediate needs but is also future-proofed for growth.
