Spectrum Workplace partnered with iFAST Diagnostics to design and deliver a tailored laboratory and office fit-out in Whiteley. This project was designed to support iFAST’s rapid staff growth while meeting operational needs. Key facilities included an antimicrobial testing laboratory for product testing and a dedicated workshop for research and development. Our Design and build services ensured a seamless integration of high-performance laboratory spaces with modern office areas. Features such as storage racking for product organisation and a professional boardroom for client presentations were implemented to align with iFAST's vision and requirements.

The workshop and storage areas were configured to support research, development, and product storage needs.
