Lead Forensics partnered with Spectrum Workplace for a complete office design and refurbishment project. Lead Forensics is a leading technology company who provide website visitor tracking. Their office space in Lakeside, Northarbour, Portsmouth had become tired and needed a complete redesign and full office refurbishment. Since Covid they had found that the office needed redesigning to accommodate more flexible working patterns for staff. In addition they wanted to include some really interesting features to help with their recruitment of top talent. It was also important to create a better meeting and collaborative spaces for their team.

Lead Forensics were looking for a office design and refurbishment company, but one they could partner with. We have worked with them since the company started so had a good understanding of how they worked and what was important to them. However our designer listened carefully to their brief to ensure we fully understood their future needs. It was also vital that they chose a company who could manage the complete office refurbishment project. However our design team were able to work with the client to achieve a design that would suit a more flexible way of working. Our design team also designed an office space with a real wow factor to help with their talent attraction and retention goals. Once we started the office refurbishment project they were able to give us full responsibility for the project.
