P & I Group chose to partner with Spectrum Workplace for an office furniture and fitout project for their new office building in Havant, Hampshire.
P & I Group wanted a modern office space that was future-proofed. Key objectives for the project were delivering good quality meeting space, client-facing facilities and collaboration areas. In addition the design needed to reflect their strong branding and include breakout areas to promote creativity and productivity and encourage small informal meetings between teams.

P & I Group in Havant were looking for a company who they could work closely with. Especially someone who would listen to their brief and take time to understand their specific requirements. Our team were able to work with the directors of P &I to achieve an office layout that accommodated the staff numbers they needed. In addition our design team developed an colour scheme in line with the P & I brand.
One thing that set Spectrum Workplace apart at the design and quoting stage was the way we worked with them. We took time to really understand their requirements which they appreciated. Overall they were very impressed with the way the Spectrum team supplied and installed office furniture and fitout elements that the whole team could be proud of.
