Pelham Laboratories, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, partnered with Spectrum Workplace to deliver a custom laboratory and office fit-out in Waterlooville. Known for creating bespoke products for brands and social media influencers, Pelham needed a space that could support their growing production, research and development, and office teams. Our design and space planning team worked closely with them to create a modern, professional environment that would leave a strong impression on clients and support staff day to day. The project, based in a new-build unit at Proxima Park, focused on sustainable office design while delivering a layout tailored to their brand and operational needs.
As part of their continued growth, Pelham Laboratories needed a trusted partner for their office fit-out and refurbishment. The goal was to create a workspace that looked professional and met strict health and safety standards. The full fit-out and refurbishment was delivered on time and within budget. It included a fully equipped R&D laboratory, modern office spaces, and a breakout and kitchen area designed to enhance staff comfort. We also provided ergonomic furniture and made sure the layout supported productivity across all teams.
