Pelham Laboratories, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, partnered with Spectrum Workplace to deliver a custom laboratory and office fit-out in Waterlooville. Known for creating bespoke products for brands and social media influencers, Pelham needed a space that could support their growing production, research and development, and office teams. Our design and architecture team worked closely with them to create a modern, professional environment that would leave a strong impression on clients and support staff day to day. The project, based in a new-build unit at Proxima Park, focused on sustainable office design while delivering a layout tailored to their brand and operational needs.
