Pelham Laboratories, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, partnered with Spectrum Workplace for a laboratory and office fit-out in Waterlooville. Specialising in creating bespoke products for brands and social media influencers, Pelham Laboratories required a high-quality space to support their production, R&D, and office expansion.

The project took place in a new-build industrial unit at Proxima Park, providing a blank canvas for a tailored lab and office design.
