In the first episode of a new webinar series called the 'Pitfalls of Hybrid Working' we were joined by our guests Peter Taylor and Nella Pang.

Peter Taylor is the Senior Partner of Paris Smith, one of the biggest law firms on the South Coast, as well as being the Chairman of the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce. He gave his views and advice on leadership and change managment when implementing Hybrid Working.

Nella Pang is the Managing Director of Omega RE, she has many years of experience in the Commerical Real Estate industry and brought her insights on how the office is changing on the South Coast.
