Spectrum Workplace collaborated with AVIC Cabin Systems to deliver an office refurbishment in Bournemouth. The 21,500 sq ft space was transformed through careful design and space planning to meet the needs of an incoming tenant. The brief was to create a functional, professional workspace that would be ready for immediate use. With a strong focus on sustainable office design the project was shaped to support long-term efficiency and appeal to modern businesses.

Key upgrades included new walls, updated mechanical systems, and modern teapoints and flooring. These changes helped create a clean, professional space that is ready for a wide range of businesses.

The goal was to deliver a practical and future-ready environment that supports productivity from day one. Our office fit-out and refurbishment team upgraded the power and data infrastructure to meet today’s performance standards, ensuring reliability across all work zones. Bespoke partitioning, new mechanical systems, and teapoint areas were added to enhance usability and comfort throughout the space.

Other improvements included ceiling work to improve lighting and reduce noise, as well as stairwell refurbishments for a smart, consistent look. With tough flooring and simple design details, the office is now flexible, tidy, and ready to use.
