EIGHT FINANCIAL ADVICE.
WORKPLACE STRATEGY, DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE. WHITELEY.
Eight Financial Advice’s new headquarters in Whiteley was conceived as a calm, contemporary workplace that supports both focused advisory work and meaningful client interaction. From the outset, our role was to understand how the business operates day to day and how this relocation could be utilised to create a space that reinforces trust, professionalism and ease of use for both staff and visitors..
The resulting environment balances openness with privacy, using clear zoning to define advisory offices, team areas and shared spaces, while maintaining a consistent, welcoming feel throughout. Particular attention was given to the arrival sequence and client-facing areas, ensuring every visit begins with a sense of clarity, comfort and confidence.
TESTIMONIAL.
“Throughout our whole engagement, the key to this project was striking the right balance between professionalism and warmth. Every design decision was made to support both the client experience and the day-to-day needs of the teams working there.”
BESPOKE DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT DELIVERED ON TIME.
Our interior design approach focused on creating a timeless backdrop that feels premium without being overstated. A soft, neutral palette of warm timbers and light beiges, layered with refined brass detailing to add subtle character and longevity. Accents of blue and green reference Eight’s brand identity, while extensive planting introduces warmth, wellbeing and visual calm across the workspace.
Alongside the design, our project management team oversaw delivery to ensure the space was executed with precision and consistency. The completed workplace brings together advisory offices, collaborative zones, breakout areas and training spaces into a cohesive environment that supports productivity, collaboration and a high-quality client experience, both now and as the business continues to grow.
