Spectrum Workplace was selected by Gen II Fund Services to deliver a fully customised office design and fit-out for their new headquarters in Whiteley, Hampshire. As a global leader in Private Equity and Real Estate, Gen II needed a modern office space that could accommodate their growing team and reflect their innovative culture.
Our team collaborated closely with Gen II’s directors to design a flexible, functional workspace for individual and team-based activities. The project focused on creating an inspiring environment boosting productivity and collaboration, emphasising high-quality materials and a modern aesthetic. The final design combines practicality with style, offering a space where the Gen II team can thrive for years.
