Morris Crocker partnered with Spectrum Workplace to modernise and elevate their 8,700 sq ft office space. As part of a full workplace strategy and relocation, the aim was to create a more professional, client-focused environment while enhancing comfort and functionality for staff. Over a 10-week on-site programme, we delivered a complete fit out, including project management, M&E upgrades, new partitioning, and bespoke furniture throughout.

The layout was reimagined to include a new boardroom and meeting suites to improve the client experience, supported by a dedicated drinks station in the reception area. A series of private directors’ offices was also introduced to offer focused, confidential spaces, all while maintaining visual connectivity across the office.

A key requirement for the team was a spacious breakout area where staff could relax, recharge, or connect informally. We delivered a large café-style kitchen complete with banquette seating, planting, soft furnishings and layered lighting – creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that complements the professional tone of the wider office.
