OFFICE DESIGN AND FIT OUT PROJECT.

Compass Associates partnered with Spectrum Workplace for an office design and fit out project for their Manchester office. Compass Associates are a specialist recruitment company with offices in Portsmouth and Manchester. They had used Spectrum for a number of office design and refurbishment projects in their Portsmouth HQ and so were keen for us to undertake their Manchester project. They were particularly keen to project a similar look and feel to their Portsmouth office and therefore wanted us to design the Manchester office in the same style. In addition they wanted to improve the working environment for their team. It was also important to create a better breakout and meeting room facilities for their clients. The project included a complete design of the office allowing for their growing staff numbers and a full fit out of the office space.

Although Spectrum do not often undertake projects in the Manchester area, Compass were very keen to work with us again on this project. They had trust in our team that we would be able to deliver the project effectively, to budget and to timescale. They also were confident that our design team would be able to deliver the right design scheme to them. 

As you can see from the project images the end result looks great and the project was completed successfully on time and on budget.
