CONSULTANCY

Workplace consultancy is the process of discovering what your space needs to include and how it should look. It provides the data and insights needed to create a great interior design.

DESIGN

The design process follows on from consultancy and includes initial space planning and test-fits, creating moodboards and look & feel designs. As a design takes shape it usually includes creating a 3D virtual model which allows CGI images and walk-through videos to be created.

INTERIOR FIT OUT

Interior fit out is the process of fitting out a space - usually starting from a blank canvas. This could be in a new commercial building or in an existing space that has been refurbished to a basic Cat A specification.

REFURBISHMENT

A refurbishment typically involves taking an existing building in its raw state and refurbishing it to create a good starting point for a fit out. This could be a light cosmetic refurbishment or a complete refurbishment where all the mechanical and electrical systems are stripped out and replaced. 

FINANCE AND LEASING

Many companies choose to use finance or leasing to procure interior fit out or refurbishment services and furniture. There are some restrictions in what can be included in a finance arrangement but advice is available.
