FESPA is a global federation of national printing associations, based in Reigate, Surrey. They needed to redesign their offices to accommodate more staff and also wanted a refurbishment at the same time. Their main challenge was to undertake the project but not disrupt their day-to-day operation. Their design brief specifically including a vibrant and striking colour pallette because motivation was key. Consequently they chose to partner with Spectrum Workplace for the complete office redesign and refurbishment project. The refurbishment project included new flooring, decoration, meeting rooms and also a staff breakout space.

FESPA, based in Reigate, Surrey, were looking for a company who they could work with. Also someone who was capable of a redesigning their office to fit in more staff and create a vibrant design. The design of the office had to be colourful and motivational for their staff, encourage collaboration and retain their talent. Our design team were able to work with the directors to achieve the look and feel they wanted. The office refurbishment works were undertaken in just over a week to minimise disruption to their day-to-day business.
