Praxis Real Estate Management partnered with Spectrum Workplace for a Cat A office refurbishment at Fusion One, a prime office building in Whiteley, Hampshire. This large-scale project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of 39,000 sq ft of office space, incorporating key upgrades such as a High COP VRF HVAC system, energy-efficient lighting, new ceilings, and modern washrooms. Additionally, 20 EV charging stations were installed to enhance the building’s sustainability credentials.

Following the office refurbishment, Fusion One achieved an EPC A rating, significantly improving its energy efficiency and market appeal - an outcome that Praxis was highly satisfied with.
