LANDLORD OFFICE DESIGN AND REFURBISHMENT PROJECT.

Praxis Real Estate Management chose to partner with Spectrum Workplace for a Cat A office refurbishment of the prime Fusion One office building in Whiteley, Hampshire. In particular the project included a total refurbishment of 39,000 sq ft of office space including a new High COP VRF HVAC system, lighting, ceilings and washrooms. In addition Spectrum Workplace also installed 20 EV charging stations.

Following the refurbishment the client achieved an EPC A rating for the building, which they were delighted with.

They were looking for a fitout partner who had the design capabilities and experience to undertake a full refurbishment of this superb office building in a prime location in Solent Business Park in Whiteley, Hampshire. They were looking for a company that they could work with and could trust to undertake the comprehensive refurbishment to a Cat A specification. Our design and technical teams worked closely with the client to achieve the look and feel they needed and also to achieve an EPC A rating.
