Specialist recruitment company Kemp Recruitment chose to partner with Spectrum Workplace to design their new 3-storey office building in Bournemouth, Dorset. They are a leading provider of recruitment services to the vehicle and rail industry working across the UK. They have recently acquired the freehold of a new office building which required an extensive redesign and refurbishment. We were able to assist in providing a complete design service including 2D layouts and conceptual designs. We then progressed to a 3D visualisation of the whole building which enabling the client to see the proposed office design from any angle and also to see a walkthrough video of the space.
