Reassured is an award-winning FCA-registered life insurance company based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Due to their continued growth they took on additional space in Belvedere House in Basing View, Basingstoke. They needed to design their new office spaces to fit in the staff numbers and also needed to refurbish the offices. Their initial requirement was for their IT department. As they were happy with the outcome of this refurbishment project they then awarded Spectrum two further projects to redesign and refurbish the rest of their office space over 2 floors. The refurbishment project included new flooring, partitioning, decoration and electrical work in addition to furniture.

The design of the office had to be colourful and motivational for their staff, encourage collaboration and retain their talent. Our design team were able to work with the directors to achieve the look and feel they wanted.
