RoyaleLife are a fast-growing company and are the now the largest bungalow provider in the UK. They chose to partner with Spectrum Workplace for a complete office refurbishment of their new head office building in Whiteley, Hampshire. In particular the project included a total strip out of the building and a complete redesign and refurbishment of the whole office space. In addition Spectrum also refurbished the exterior of the building with new rendered frontage and renovating all external windows.

RoyaleLife were looking for a company that they could trust. Specifically who was capable of a delivering a high quality complete office refurbishment of a 18,000 sq ft office building. Our design team worked closely with the directors of RoyaleLife to achieve a look and feel that gave that “wow” factor.
The directors were very busy people and RoyaleLife is growing rapidly. This made it vital that they were able to have complete trust in the Spectrum project team to take full responsibility for the complete office refurbishment project. As a result, they had peace of mind that the complete refurbishment project was in safe hands.
