“Spectrum Workplace had the edge over the other companies who presented due to the way they listened carefully to our design brief and responded to our comments on their original proposal to finetune their design.”
Facilities Manager, Skandia
Skandia chose to partner with Spectrum Workplace for a complete design and fit out project for their reception and staff breakout space. The space is at the base of the central atrium within their flagship office building in Portland Terrace, Southampton. Skandia subsequently have been bought out by Old Mutual and now rebranded as Quilter.
Skandia were looking for a reliable company local to Southampton that they could work with. Especially someone who would listen to their brief and understand their specific requirements. It was also important to them that the fit out company would take on the complete design and fit out project and deliver the project with minimal disruption and in a very safe and compliant way. Our design team were able to work with the client to create the optimum layout that was also in line with their branding. Once we were on site they were able to give us full responsibility for the complete fitout project.
One thing that set Spectrum Workplace apart at the design stage was the way we worked with them. The layout and design of the different spaces was developed closely with the client which they appreciated. Overall they were very impressed with the way the Spectrum team delivered a design that the whole team would enjoy and be proud of.
What was the outcome for the client of carrying out the design and fit out of their new reception, breakout space and meeting rooms in at their flagship head office in Southampton?
