A GOOD MEETING ROOM NEEDS THE RIGHT FURNITURE

Meeting Rooms can be formal or informal. They can be high-profile boardrooms or small interview rooms. They can be enclosed private rooms or open collaborative spaces. Whatever the function of the meeting room it needs the right furniture to have productive meetings.

EFFECTIVE MEETINGS ARE KEY

Effective meetings are vital for teamwork and also the smooth operation of any business or organisation. Meetings can be between team members or heads of departments or they can also be with potential clients or key suppliers. They can be long and boring but they could also be to the point and inspirational!

FLEXIBLE MEETING ROOM DESIGNS

Increasingly meeting rooms need to be flexible and multi-functional spaces that can support a variety of functions. A boardroom may also need to be used for training or staff meetings. The small one-to-one meeting room needs to also function as a focus room for concentrated tasks.

The provision of formal and informal meeting places should form an integral part of any office interior scheme. Whether your company wants to retain the elegance of the traditional boardroom or have a sleek, modern style we can meet your needs.

OUR SHOWROOM

We have an 5000 sqft office furniture and interiors showroom at our Head Office in Havant, Hampshire

WHAT OUR VISITORS SAY.

‘’Visiting Spectrum’s large showroom we were able to see and evaluate the furniture they had put forward for our project which gave us a lot of confidence in the quality and value of their proposition.

All works were carried out promptly to a high level and with a ‘can do’ attitude. We are left with a workplace that we are immensely proud of and would not hesitate in using Spectrum Workplace in the future.’’

MEETING ROOM DESIGN CASE STUDIES

Take a look at this interesting CASE STUDY for Aerial Direct in Segensworth, Hampshire. This complete design and refurbishment project also included a wide range of meeting areas. There were a total of 7 formal meeting rooms and as well as many informal spaces dotted around the building. The informal meeting spaces were a key part of the design and are used to good effect by the client. As in this case study, you find that a good meeting room or space can also become a multi-use area.
