OFFICE DESIGN AND FITOUT PROJECT.

Gen2 chose Spectrum Workplace to carry out a complete office design and fit out project for their new office in Whiteley, Hampshire. They are a global company specialising in Private Equity and Real Estate. They had out-grown their old office space in Fareham and also wanted to improve collaboration within the team. Consequently the office design had to fit in their growing staff numbers and also included a full fit out of the office.

Gen2 were moving from another building in Whiteley and were looking for a company they could partner with. Especially one who would listen to their brief and understand their specific requirements. It was also important that they selected an office interiors company who could take on the complete office design and fitout project. Our design team worked with the directors to achieve the staff numbers needed. In addition our designers presented a design solution that took inspiration from their US office and that gave the “wow” factor that they were looking for. Once on site we took full responsibility for the complete office fitout project. As a result the Gen2 team had peace of mind that the complete project was in safe hands.
