LABORATORY & OFFICE PROJECT, WATERLOOVILLE.

Pelham Labs are a manufacturer of cosmetics who work with brands and social media influencers to create their own range of products. They take care of the entire product development and production process. Due to their continued growth they were looking to expand their production, R&D area and office space. Their aim was to create a beautiful space where they would be proud to invite their clients to and to also improve the working environment for their team. They secured a new-build industrial building in Proxima Park, Waterlooville which has proven to be an excellent blank canvas to create their dream space. They worked closely with the Spectrum design team to develop their design and we then took care of the delivery of the complete project.

Pelham Labs were looking for a company they could partner with for their new lab and office interiors project. The design of the whole space had to look professional and inline with their brand identity. This was because they regularly have high-profile clients visiting their facility. Our design team were able to work with the directors to achieve the look and feel they wanted.

The other key factor in their choice of office interiors company was to ensure that all health & safety requirements would be met and that the quality of workmanship would be maintained. Our inhouse design team were closely involved in the project throughout the whole process to ensure that the project would be delivered exactly as designed.
