OFFICE DESIGN AND FURNITURE PROJECT IN LONDON.

The Law Society chose Spectrum Workplace to carry out a complete office design and furniture project for their historic office building in Chancery Lane, London. The Law Society are the independent professional body for solicitors in England and Wales. Their iconic building in Chancery Lane is a remarkable Grade II Star Listed building. The building is much more than just an office as it also hosts functions and conferences, training and also houses the historic library. The Law Society worked with the Spectrum design team to redesign the office spaces within the building. We also developed a new look and feel and colour scheme that was modern but also sympathetic to the buildings heritage.

THE RIGHT PARTNER FOR AN OFFICE DESIGN AND FURNITURE PROJECT IN LONDON.

The Law Society were looking for an office furniture company they could rely on. Especially someone who could understand their specific requirements and find furniture solutions. They wanted to keep budgets tight but also source long-lasting, quality furniture that was suited to their new way of working. The pandemic had accelerated a change towards more flexible working patterns which then gave the opportunity for space savings. However the office design also needed to change to accommodate the new ways of working with new types of spaces included in the office. Our design team worked closely with their facilities team to create a design that met their requirements both in function and style.

Once the office design had been agreed the furniture was tendered out and Spectrum were successful in securing the order.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

What reviews or testimonials did we receive from our client after carrying out the design and office furniture project in their office in London?

On behalf of the Leadership team at the Law Society, I wanted to write to express my thanks to you and your teams for all your hard work over the course of our Phase 1 programme but especially over the last few challenging months.   A few weeks ago, I came into London to see the finished areas and was very impressed with the standard of the work across all areas, and how it has completely transformed the look and feel of the space, whilst still being sympathetic to the history and age of the building.  When they return, our members will certainly have a building to be proud of and one that’s fit for purpose, and our staff will have a professional-looking and efficient working space to deliver what our members require from us.

Thanks once again for helping us create such a vibrant, modern and welcoming space for the Society.

I just wanted to write to say thank you to you and your teams for helping us successfully complete Phase 1 of the Refurb work.  On the walk round session with the COO he was really impressed by the quality of the work, the finishes and overall look of the new areas and how it was such a contrast to the old style layout.

From my side I want to thank all the different teams for pulling together over the last two months since re-starting, and working together in these interesting times.  Your co-operation and collaboration has been appreciated and certainly helped us to reach the Phase 1 finish line in an orderly manner!

Thank you to everyone for getting us to this point and I look forward to working with you in Phase 2.
