Harwood Wealth Management partnered with Spectrum Workplace for a complete office design and refurbishment project. Harwood Wealth Management Group is a leading financial planning and discretionary wealth management firm. Their office space in Waterlooville had become tired and needed a complete redesign and full office refurbishment. Post-covid they found that the office needed redesigned to accommodate more flexible working patterns for staff. In addition they wanted to improve the working environment for their team. It was also important to create a better meeting room facilities for their clients.

Harwood Wealth Management were looking for a office design and refurbishment company, but one they could partner with. Especially someone who would listen to their brief and understand their needs. It was also vital that they chose a company who could manage a complete office refurbishment project. However our design team were able to work with the client to achieve a design that would suit a more flexible way of working post-covid. Our design team also came up with a design concept that projected their brand in the right way. Once we started the refurbishment they were able to give us full responsibility for the project.
