We worked with the leadership team at Acopia. Their project desire was creating a more vibrant and functional workplace for a growing organisation operating within the packaging and retail consumables industry. As the business continued to expand, there was a clear requirement to reconfigure and modernise the existing office environment to better accommodate increasing headcount, improve operational efficiency and create a more engaging workplace for employees.

From the outset, the ambition was to deliver a workspace that would reflect the company’s progressive and service-driven ethos while supporting a more collaborative and flexible way of working. The existing layout was carefully reviewed and re-planned to improve spatial efficiency, circulation and connectivity between teams. A contemporary material palette was introduced, combining clean lines, durable finishes and subtle branding elements to create a cohesive and modern workplace aesthetic. The result is a space that feels both functional and engaging, supporting day-to-day operations while reinforcing the company’s external image.
Flexibility was a key driver throughout the scheme, ensuring the workplace can adapt to future business requirements. A variety of working environments were incorporated, including open-plan workstations, collaborative zones and quieter focus areas, allowing employees to move seamlessly between different modes of work depending on task and requirement.
