Having been let down by alternative contractors, Savills Channel Islands chose to partner with Spectrum Workplace for a Cat A office refurbishment of the Langlois Estates office building in St Peter Port, Guernsey. In particular the project included a total stripout of one complete floor of offices and all communal areas including washrooms and stairwells. In addition Spectrum also performed external works including the refurbishment of large bike storage space.
