From our initial engagement, Venta Global’s Director’s ambition was to create a workplace that balanced functionality with a strong sense of identity and culture. The existing space was reconfigured to improve layout efficiency, circulation and connectivity between teams, enabling a more open and collaborative working environment. This approach helped to remove barriers between departments, supporting improved communication and a more cohesive way of working across the business.
